There is still plenty of Spanish football going on these days, depsite the La Liga in recess. One wonders how the players will cope with such a long season with it extended internationally with the U21 Euros and the Confederations Cup. One assumes clubs will give players who play this summer, a rest at the start of the domestic season.
Spain U21s
Spain look set to drop out of the U21s n the group stage, after a draw with Germany and then a 2-0 loss against England. There is still hope though. If England beat Germany then Spain with a win over Finland then they could advance. England though, having already qualified, are unlikely to field a full strength team.
